Our home care services in Chesterfield, Sheffield and the surrounding areas, are split into individual groups that are specialised. We do not believe in ‘one service covers all’. An example is – what is required for supporting an elderly person whose eyesight and hearing is not what it was is different from that of supporting a child who is Deafblind.
We pride ourselves on treating everyone as an individual with their own dreams and aspirations. We could make the cost of our home care services fixed, however, we believe that you should only pay for what you need. That is why we say that we first have to talk to you and find out what you want. This enables us to support you and help you maintain your own independence.
Domiciliary care, also known as home care covers a number of different services for helping you in your own home. Our services can support you so you can stay as independent as possible. You may need help for a short time until you can manage for yourself, or sometimes over a longer period.
Our services cover the whole of Derbyshire and Yorkshire.
We work to suit you, your needs and your lifestyle. As we aim to meet your needs, the number of hours can vary as we work to time and places that suit you. You may just want help during the school holiday periods, or maybe after an illness or a stay in the hospital.
It is important to us to encourage independence in all of our clients. Our team can support you with:
- Attending appointments
- Going to the shops
- Attending leisure activities
- Visiting friends and family
We can also join you on holiday. We work in association with Hoe Grange in the Peak District who have specialised accessible cabins for people with disabilities.
