This course aims to teach learners that individuals have a wide range of needs based on their age, ability, health, and many other factors.
This includes overcoming barriers to effective care and facilitating communication. Safeguarding is commonly associated with children, however safeguarding is not just about ensuring children are safe, safeguarding refers to ensuring any vulnerable person is not being abused or exploited in any way.

How long is the course?
The course is half a day, running 09:00 am - 12:30 pm
Where is the course held?
The courses are run at our Training Academy which is 10 Minutes away from Chesterfield town centre and has regular bus routes every 10 minutes and there is plenty of parking available.
