Free Level 1 Health & Social Care/Children and Young People Employability Course (30th May)

Miss the first few course dates, but still interested in receiving a free qualification in Health and Social Care/Children and Young People as well as an Employability Qualification? Then your in luck, as we are running the course again starting 30 May 2017.
One to One Support Services are running fully funded and accredited courses to support people to get into the Health and Social Care Sector and in to full/part time employment. One to One Support Services have seen 98% pass rates in previous sessions.
The tutors who deliver the course are both occupationally and professionally competent within the sector which supports progression and development of all that attend which is evidenced in the high success data we have.
The courses are running for 4 week periods where people who want to sign up will achieve a full accredited City and Guilds Qualifications in Health and Social Care/Children and Young People alongside a City and Guilds Accredited Employability Qualification. Both qualifications are recognised nationally by employers.
Who is the course for?
Individuals who are currently unemployed and over 19 who want to know more about the care sector. This includes specialist roles, training opportunities and how to be successful from job application to interview and beyond.

The courses are run at our Training Academy which is 10 Minutes away from Chesterfield town centre and has regular bus routes every 10 minutes. The training academy is modern with all the latest technology to support many different learning styles and individual needs.
Buses from Langer Lane stop: 51 (Stagecoach), 63, 63a (Hulleys of Baslow), Spira (TM Travel) and The Comet (Trentbarton).
Course Three
Start date - 30/05/2017 - End date - 21/06/2017 - 9:30am - 3pm - Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday
If the Monday falls on a bank holidays days will change as followed: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
Week 1 – 30/05/2017 – 31/05/2017 – 01/06/2017
Week 2 – 05/06/2017 – 06/06/2017 – 07/06/2017
Week 3 – 12/06/2017 – 13/06/2017 – 14/06/2017

I feel the session was very informative, a lot of personal examples were used which I feel helps you remember.
I have learned a lot more about CVs and preparing yourself for interviews. It has been interesting to learn how to fill in application forms properly as well and how to answer questions in the correct manner when asked. (Level 1 Employability Qualification)
