One to One Support Services wishes to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Service Manager (Not Registered) to oversee the delivery of care support services in the Sheffield area.

The role will oversee the performance of Care Support Worker teams who deliver customised, responsive and high quality service for children, adults and elderly people who may have sensory impairments, mental health, and / or learning disabilities or additional needs, enabling the client opportunities to access learning and leisure opportunities in a variety of settings, within the local community.

This senior management position will require:

  • Meeting and supporting the aims and objectives of One to One Support Services
  • Assisting the Managing Director in the organisation of a high-quality support service in Chesterfield
  • A full driving licence and have the use of a vehicle is also required to attend meetings and occasionally transport service users

You will be work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, to meet the changing needs of service users and Care Support Worker teams. On occasions throughout the year, you will be the on-call contact for the service team.
