We are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Officer in Chesterfield

The role will include aspects of graphic design, event organisation and marketing and have key performance indicators. 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and monitoring marketing material, designing and implementing strategies covering both physical and electronic media with measurable outcomes
  • Developing existing company branding on current and new media
  • The design and production of training materials and resources
  • Organising marketing events and or representing the company at trade shows and such events as deemed necessary by the Managing Director within a specified budget
  • Writing press releases to highlight and increase the profile of the company and reach targets of press/media coverage
  • Design, updating and maintenance of the company website
  • Working with other departments to create marketing material both physically and electronically
  • Accurately and timely delivery of Marketing projects and materials
  • Keeping accurate records and preparing reports as required by the managing director
  • Ensuring that the branding of the company is consistent with policy
  • Developing marketing materials in accordance with industry best practice
  • Delivering the marketing strategy and marketing tasks as needed by Managing Director
  • To be a representative of One to One Support Service‚Äôs ethos and values to the outside world and act as a role model to staff and trainees
  • To keep accurate and timely log of tasks and hours worked and outputs and outcomes of work including timely monthly reports
  • Liaising with training academy and domiciliary care staff on matters regarding marketing and branding, promotion, growth and expansion. Also HR regarding recruitment campaigns
  • Answering telephones and greeting visitors to the company buildings in line with company procedures
  • To maintain an awareness of good practice, so that a high quality and responsive services can be maintained
  • To comply with One to One Support Services policies and procedures, whilst actively promoting the principles of equal opportunities and working in a manner that maintains a safe, healthy and supportive environment for staff and service users at all times. Our services work with vulnerable people and it is therefore essential that our staff cooperate fully with all monitoring procedures
  • To ensure the safety of data and personal details of employees and customers in regards to private details uncovered during course of duties
  • To be proactive and creative in the future development of the marketing department in line with instruction from the managing director


A Full DBS check is required, the employee pays cost initially.
