Purpose
a) To provide a customised, responsive and high-quality service for people who have sensory impairments and/or learning disabilities or additional needs. Enable the client opportunities to access learning and leisure opportunities in a variety of settings, within the local community.
b) To empower the person to live as independently as possible with appropriate levels of intervention and support.

The ideal candidate should have:
- Knowledge and experience in either supporting adults or older persons in their homes and communities
- Hold qualifications such as NVQ 2 or 3 equivalents in Health and Social Care or Childcare
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
One to One Support Services provides a full range of support services to all people, specialising in services for people with additional needs, complex needs and sensory impairments. Individuals may be required to support with personal care, communication, mobility, access to information or help attending appointments as well as daily living tasks in and around the house.
A Full DBS check is required, employee pays cost initially.
