Liam Masterson
I have worked with One to One Support Services since July 2016. My main duty is monitoring and booking staff members onto their mandatory training to ensure they can deliver the highest possible quality care, I also assist in performing interviews alongside a range of other duties. As part of the Administration Team I am responsible for facilitating the general day to day business of the company.

The course has refreshed my knowledge and made me think of our own policy and procedures
I have learned a lot more about CVs and preparing yourself for interviews. It has been interesting to learn how to fill in application forms properly as well and how to answer questions in the correct manner when asked. (Level 1 Employability Qualification)
