I am a Service Manager here at One to One Support Services. I have been at the company since the start of January 2017. During my short time here at One to One I have already started working towards my Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.
I graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2010 with a Coaching and Sport Development degree hoping to progress through the education system. I soon started my career working in schools across the county and during this time I always had a close relationship with the schools SEN (special educational needs) department. My background maybe education in sport nevertheless three years ago I started working as a Support Worker where I rapidly progressed to become a Team Leader managing two supported living projects for young males transitioning from education into employment. In this role I encouraged and supported the young gentleman to lead an independent life where possible, assisting with school work and promoting healthy living. I have a keen interest in Nutrition & Hydration, Healthy Living, Risk Assessing and Learning Disabilities.
Now at One to One Support Services, I believe I am in the right place to learn and to progress to the highest possible level.
